- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the past 15 years with I work in the hospitality business with customers from all around the world. From hotels, restaurants, weddings and private clubs. I know that it is very important to meet the customer’s expectation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the customers in my 5 years as a sushi chef I experienced many types of customers, different ages and different nationalities. They all enjoyed the sushi making in tasting. Currently I work with two different restaurants in two different counties.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have to mention that when I started as a Sushi Chef for the past 4 year as well. I really love that step in my life. So I started my own business as a personal chef. I have been taking photos of my plates and working on my new website .
