He not only repaired and fixed the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to educate me on what happened, why it happened, and how to prevent future problems. Justin Johnson is the very best of all the four plumbers I’ve hired to clear out the clogged drain. Everyone used the snake/auger to clear the pipelines but still washer water drain backed up continued. Justin was the only person to climb up the attic from the garage to inspect all the DWV/Vent Stacks and found one of the pipes disconnected to the Main Vent Stack which was the cause for slow pressure thus causing water backup to utility, kitchen and bar sinks. Thank you, Justin, you are a professional! Others should look up to you!
