Our pricing is upfront and based on your home’s size, condition, and service type. We provide a free quote with a clear scope before we start, no surprises. Recurring clients qualify for better rates. Any add-ons or heavy buildup are confirmed with you in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is one of my favorite parts of the experience—right alongside the gratitude we get after the job is complete. When working with a new customer, our process is simple, professional, and designed to remove stress: 1. Quick intake questions to understand your space, priorities, and the level of cleaning you need 2. A free quote with a clear scope and service options (standard, deep clean, move-out, or recurring) 3. A final walk-through and quality check, followed by a quick follow-up to ensure you’re fully satisfied
