- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base price for sending out a team member to a job; No matter the size of the job. Example being a wall patch, touch up paint, single room, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact with a client, we discuss there project and give them a verbal estimate for that job. If the customer is okay with the price point, we set up a time to see the project and set a time to start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 25 plus years in the construction industry and our lead team members typically have 5-10 years experience in the painting and related fields.
