- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try and work out the most affordable prices to our customers. Also the best price that'll also pay us and our hard workers for their services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves with a visit to survey what's going and to have an idea on what materials we would need, how many personal, and if we need to pack or just load. We also give the customer an estimate of costs. For long distances and just loads we would typically ask what's going and make an estimate from that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years experience working with a moving company and do moves for customers on the side.
