- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in a high school work program my junior year, i was introduced to a local flooring business where i worked for two years. After high school, i teamed up with a buddy from the local flooring business and we became sub contracting partners. We installed floors for a additional two years in the local community before going our separate ways.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Laminate flooring is the most common for me. Its relatively cheap for the customer but can produce outstanding results with the look and feel of real wood.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently installed 1800 sq ft of laminate for my friends parents. The install took six days and turned out awesome.
