- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. I don’t offer discounts at the moment and any big project require a deposit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure I get all of their ideas. Their dislikes, likes, get a feel for what their favorite flavor would be and do my best to bring that to the table
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my food handlers license
