Very happy with the result. Unfortunately, they did show up significantly earlier than what they were originally scheduled for and had to come back to finish the job.

they did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. However, I think I was subjected to a bait and switch operation. Derick agreed to clean the gutters for $95. He came alone and started the job. After about an hour he told me he couldn't do the job for $95 and couldn't do the job by himself and would have to charge $189. Why he didn't survey the job and tell me upfront that he wanted more money I don't know. Anyway since he had already started I told him I would pay him $150. He sent three very good workers but I will not use them again.

Wayne, Thank you for your review. We welcome all reviews as it provides transparency and only makes our team better as we meet or exceed customers’ expectations. We provided you gutter cleaning service last year on 3/25/2015 and the date of the most recent is 5/4/2016. Over a years worth of buildup of debris had accumulated. Your home is a high one story, over 3200 square feet with 75% gutters. Last year we cleaned your gutters for $120 and removed part of your system that was loose and cut it into 3 feet increments for disposal per your request. This is beyond our scope of work but it was done as a courtesy for you. This year you stated over the phone that your gutters were not as bad since we cleaned them last year and you thought it should be less than $120 and requested that we do it for $95. As a repeat customer I took your word and agreed to this price over the phone prior to personally inspecting. I arrived alone to provide service based on your description thinking that this will be a one man cleaning and would only take a couple of hours. Upon accessing your roof, I noticed all your gutters were excessively overflowing and proceeded to clean thinking that it was more of the brown seedlings from the trees budding. Upon further assessment, I noticed you had vegetation growing from your gutters as a result of over a years’ worth of buildup and your system was packed and moist as we have been getting heavy rain over the past weeks. I immediately stopped and explained to you that what you described to me over the phone was inaccurate and it would take me at least 5-6 hours to clean your gutters alone. I re-estimated that the cost would be at least $189 and highly suggested that you call and get more estimates before I proceeded. You stated since I was already there how about $150. I reluctantly agreed as this was below the price I presented to you, but since you are a repeat customer, I did and we rescheduled another day so I could have my technicians complete the service in a timely manner. Thank you for recognizing the excellent job that we did. It took 3 of my technicians 3 hours and a total of 10 trash bags of debris from your gutters all for $150? We also removed the trash at your request. Again, as a courtesy which is out of scope for us as well. Miscommunication, Yes; Bait and Switch, Absolutely Not. We will treat this situation as a training opportunity as we continue to strive toward 100% customer satisfaction. In the future, I'll not provide a final quote until job has been assessed.
