- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I choose to charge the lesser rate because I'm not trying to break the bank, so to speak! I believe the prices I charge are compatible to others. The funds I acquire through the services I offer are submitted into a Non-profit pool to help in the community where there are people who can't afford to pay for my services. I don't mind lending a helping hand because this is the nature of my business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a meeting 2. Going over the contract and acquire signature 3. Give the customer details of the service I'm providing (get feedback on what the customer needs are and what are they expecting from me. 4. Always give to them excellent service
