I found Miguel and his business MVWorks-IT while searching on Thumbtack for local computerrepair solutions for my Apple I-Mac. Miguel responded very quickly to my inquiry and we talked on the phone. Miguel arranged to come by and pick up my I-Mac computer and see the problem in person. After a day of running tests Miguel confirmed that my hard drive had failed and quoted me on an upgrade/replacement hard drive. During this time I also asked him to quote me about upgrading the ram on my I-Mac and laptop as well. Miguel kept in contact with me along the way and was very professional and responsive to my inquiries. He did excellent work and was very reasonably priced. I would use Miguel again for any IT solutions and recommend him to others.

Miguel is great!! Excellent response time and very diligent with his work. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix my computer due to manufacturers unable to provide him with the part. But I would still recommend him!!

I had an issue with my MAC Safari acting strangely, then not responding at all. Nothing I did helped the issue. Using my iPad I found MVWORKS-IT list close to my home. Miguel and I spoke over the phone and I loaded up my unit and took it to him. That was about 9:15 AM. I received a text saying it was fixed at around 1:45 PM the same day. Miguel explained to me exactly what he had done to repair the issue and also gave some valuable advice about what to expect in the future due to the problem with my Mac. I will not take my computers anywhere else. The service over all exceeded my expectations. Only did what was required to repair the problem with no over sell, and the advise of what to expect and how to prepare for problems in the future will save me many headaches. It is rare these days to experience such a high standard of customer service. MVWORKS-IT is my only go to here on out for computerrepair and service can't say enough. Bob Cool

Great customer service with a great turn around time. Miguel explained exactly what was wrong with my laptop, I was given different options that all fell within my budget and I got my laptop fixed within a couple of days. I have not had a problem with it since and I definitely plan to continue using MVWORKS-IT in the future.
