Stanislav was on-time, polite, and came prepared with his tools. I'm 99% happy with the assembly. (One of the cabinet doors are misaligned-possible manufacturer issue). My only gripe is pricing. Pricing was not discussed prior to service and to assemble this desk, it cost me more than half the cost of the desk itself. Thumbtack shows a $70 estimate. But Stanislav charged me $240 with a "discount" (his fee is $60 per hour). Had this been discussed prior to service, I would have chosen another contractor or did the job myself. According to the website I purchased my desk from, assembly takes 2 hours with 2 people or 4 hours with 1 person. Stanislav took 5 hours. & being charged at an hourly rate, I could have prepped the items or did something to reduce the time and cost. So communication is bad. It could be the language barrier. Stanislav is a little too expensive for what I received so I wouldn't use his services again. But I wish him all the best on future projects.

But indeed, unpacking the goods took around 30 minutes(This is without organizing the details.)That’s why I only charged you for 4 hours instead of 5. As for $70, that’s the base price for a regular table (which is an unrealistic price for 4 hours of work)

I really liked the way this man works. He is punctual, well-mannered and really does his job well. He painted a wall that the children had damaged and installed curtain rods. He also assembled Ikea shelves.
