- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $25.00 per hour per staff professional and $30.00 per hour for a captain or staff supervisor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hopefully get the opportunity to meet one on one, and focus not only on thier wants and needs but also focus on thier desires, things they are compassionate about, favorite colors, favorite songs also pick up on triggers that make them smile , things that bring them joy. Then you try to incorporate some of these into numerous aspects of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have managed in Catering , Staffing Hotels and restaurants for over 25 years. I have never met a client that I couldn't surprise by exceeding their expectations.
