- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try to save as much money as I can, it is best for the customers to buy the material. It is cheaper that way and can choose the fixtures they liked. I can also worked with the customer with my service fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask questions about his/her job, make sure we have all the materials and also give my opinions in some areas where or if we need to make it safe, secure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school called IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors). It’s known by any Electrical Companies. They use that type of school with their apprenticeship students.
