As advertised, the service call fee was waived when we contracted the proposed replacement system. We are currently awaiting install and hope to be able to leave another 5-star review. So far, experience is better than any previous contractor we’ve called. We have had 3 prior HVAC contractors and even replaced one of the units already, only to have the same issues.
