- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system. It is very simple to understand. The only variable system is the "bundle pricing" which is not mentioned anywhere in my price lists, but it is something I offer to clients as a courtesy discount to customers who purchase several services at once.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing. Aside from that, I read articles online like a true nerd.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I cannot even really remember. I was 16 when I started working with digital graphics and website design. Before that I would do all my art with paints and charcoal. I suppose it was new and interesting and since it never stops advancing, it never gets old.
