I went on Thumbtack.com to try to find someone who could help me with my kitchen sink. Mr. Garcia from MAG Construction immediately sent me an e-mail inquiring about the type of work that was needed. I told him I needed to re-glaze or repaint the kitchen sink since it could not be removed without removing the granite. He immediately wanted to come over and look at the sink. He said he had never done that type of work, but would research it and call me to tell me if he could do it. Everyone else in Laredo just told me that they did not do that type of work. Mr. Garcia called me the next day and said he could do it and that he would guarantee the work. I hired him and he came within 2 days to fix the sink. He was very professional and also very neat while he was working. I am extremely satisfied with the work he did and would recommend him to anyone.

We engaged Mr. Garcia to perform the following jobs: 1. repair, clean and seal tile roof, 2. repair interior ceiling, leak, crack and gouged plywood, 3. apply sealant in the interior plywood, 4. drywall, tape and float ceiling. Mr. Garcia completed the entire job within the set time and budget.
The work was done very efficiently. We highly recommend Mr. Garcia and plan to hire him again.

First time using thumbtack, Mag construction responded and gave me a quote then we set a time for them to come and install
An island hood range. Mag construction was prompt, straightforward with price upfront. The day of the work they contacted prior to arriving and arrived on time. They had all the tools and completed work same day. Very pleased with work. Thanks Mag Construction, would hire them again!
Update: Mag Construction completed the work and had a refund pending on some work I was getting done by someone else. When I got the refund I was charged $20 for patching up a holes that was made in the initial job. Was not pleased with them charging the $20 since he didn't mention anything about that only just before he gave me the refund.
