- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are typically based on a case by case basis, since not all cleans are the same. Some companies may have lower prices, but I can guarantee my cleaning is to your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet up with a client, I like them to show me around their home/office. I like to go over the details they are specifically looking to have completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in property management as a property manager for 10 years. This gave me a keen eye for details, customer satisfaction, and time management.
