Last week, my front door wouldn’t open. I've had a minor crack in the ceiling of my kitchen, but I know exactly what this is a sign of...a cracked foundation. I know that can cost thousands, and was worried about that cost, as alot of our jobs can be taken at any time, etc. I found a company that prides itself on honesty, Not overcharging. Now usually when someone says “I’m honest, I swear!”... it actually means the complete opposite. So Derek came out and we were masked and social distanced etc. He spent 2 hours doing measurements, came back and said “well you did catch the beginnings of something but this can be rectified”. He provided a professional diagram of my house with about 30 different measurements on the various rooms, etc. My measurements were a little off, but nothing he can really justify charging. He explained my oak tree is pulling up all the water on a certain area of the house, which is going to cause a bigger issue down the line. “Water daily from Easter to Halloween”. Then...he fixed my door. Didn’t charge a dime! I have been through home repairs before and in my experience have been nickeled and dimed EVERY TIME. And also a positive...he fixed my door... and again...for FREE! I hope I never have foundation issues again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Deep Rock!

Deep Rock came out to check our foundation. Derek was right on time and was exceptionally thorough and helpful. He visually inspected the property with me and then took detailed measurements. It turns out that our foundation did not need repairs and was within acceptable limits. I really appreciate Derek's professionalism and honesty. If I ever need foundation repair or inspection in the future, Deep Rock Foundation will be my first call.

Derek with Deep Rock did an awesome job and he did it for less than a third of what Allied wanted. He also walked me through every step of the way. They started on time and finished on time even with a few unforseen obstacles. I would definitely recommend Deep Rock to anyone who needs their foundation fixed at a reasonable price!
