I highly recommend these guys! Jaime was very responsive and clearly communicated the price up front, so I knew exactly what to expect. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on volume for junk removal. The only time labor it charged is for additional physical labor such as stairs or for demolition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We often ask the customer to send pictures to provide a quote but for larger jobs we ask for in person estimates to provide an accurate quotes. Larger jobs we do provide a range and ensure to not charge extra. Depending on the client's communication preferences we can also speak on the phone for any additional information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The customer has a background in business management and has worked for larger junk removal and moving companies before starting his how. Additionally as a military individual I have been able to work with the Army Corp of Engineers.
