Elite transportation did a wonderful job getting my wedding guests to and from the venue to the hotel. Drivers were friendly and even came with champagne!!

This was a great experience. It started with quick, efficient, polite responses to my initial query and subsequent questions. Our trip from the airport home for our family of nine (with four kiddos six and under!) was stress-free, just what we needed after a hectic family ski vacation and a long flight. The shuttle service itself was outstanding. Our driver William was at the airport waiting for us and contacted us via text to let us know where he was. William helped us with all the bags and car seats, drove safely and smoothly, was very polite and personable, and made sure we were settled in and happy. The Sprinter van was immaculate, roomy, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The price was reasonable - in fact, probably less than what it would have cost us to take two taxis home. We will definitely use Elite Transportation for our next big family vacation.

We hired Elite Transportation for shuttle service for an anniversary party. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our driver, Will, was fantastic. He contacted us ahead of time to confirm pick up and drop off locations, arrived several minutes early, and was friendly and courteous to the guests. Our guests had only good things to say about the service!

OK, so they made me an offer and the price was great so I thought it over and decided to go with them. Tried contacting them on this website and got no response so I called and no one answered ended up leaving a voice mail. Next day I go to their website get an email and email them directly, call them leave another voice mail and finally the next morning I get an email back saying it was raining really hard and the power went down so they could respond to me. OK? I live in the area and it was raining bad so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I wanted to book the limo with the price quoted. They said it would be no problem and would get back with me in a few hours. A few hours turned into a day and again I sent emails and phone messages no on responded. The next morning, the day I needed the limo, I get an email saying that all there limos our flooded and they will not be coming. What? This was a full day after it had rained how are all the limos flooded? Why didn't they tell me this yesterday? Tried again to email and call, no response, no sorry for the inconvenience, no discount for another rental, nothing. They never responded back, I ended up have to pay extra for a same day limo with a different company. I am giving them two stars because maybe they really where having a bad week, and it was kind of my fault for not going with another company sooner.

Hi John, we are so disappointed that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately that weekend, Houston had a huge flood and most of our fleet was affected. We were just as disappointed as you and we apologize that we were not as available as you would have liked. All of Houston was pretty much on lockdown since most streets were impassable. Though we cannot control weather, we do apologize for not providing the excellent service we are accustomed to and we hope you give us another chance in the future to exceed your expectations.
