My wife and I bought an old house last year to renovate and resale. The exterior siding and paving looked awful. Astro Hydro-Clean not only cleaned the exterior, but also made it an inviting area to entertain!

ASTRO Hydro-clean did a wonderful job on my driveway and back patio. I had a good amount of mildew and mold that Jeff washed clean for me. The concrete looked brand new when he was done! I have a 10 year old house which was brightened up by his work. Thank you ASTRO Hydro-clean!

$425 job paid in full. He bragged about the PSI power of his equipment, but it looked like our home power washer. Patio not clean, but he left when I was not there. When I called, he said his equipment broke down and he could not finish. However, he made no attempt to let me know until I called him to complain. He came back out and did an equally bad job. Again, left without speaking to me. I would never use this company again. BEWARE!

Joy's husband Tom verified the work to begin with and wrote the check happily and expressed nothing other than his gratitude for the hard work 14 hours ( 2 days ) worth that we put in working very hard for them. He sat outside and spoke with me for almost an hour as we were cleaning the patio in the back and never once expressed his displeasure or even made a comment saying we maybe missed a spot or it's not looking clean enough or anything along those lines whatsoever. After the job was done I spoke with Tom and left so this review is very unclear and makes it seems as if somehow I just magically got a check in my hand and vanished when that's not the case whatsoever. I suffer from OCD and even with my condition the patio was more than clean to begin with as her husband verified in the first place. But being the good business guy I am I happily went back and did another two hours worth of spraying to make Miss Joy happy and in the midst of it she began to complain again and then lied to my face telling me they do it every year and there's no reason that the equipment shouldnt be getting it cleaner when her husband Tom had previously told me during our hour discussion that he hasn't been able to do it in years because his knees are now so bad after being a soccer referee for so many years after he retired at age 55 from being an engineer. Thats why she didnt get a goodbye. Also in regards to the comment about the machine breaking down that never happened as well. I blew an o-ring on a connection which simply makes it lose a couple hundred PSI and we had two feet of patio remaining which wasn't even dirty at that point because we had already pre cleaned it . I also filled up a 95gal trashcan with leaves and mud from their lawnman not keeping up with his end of things but of course that, or the fact their driveway and fences look amazing isnt on the review. I wish Joy and Tom well but would definitely not do business with Joy ever again.
