Our washer was overflowing and Wave immediately responded to my emergency plumbing request. Alexandria was professional in setting up the appointment and made sure to give me all of the information I needed, including asking for photos and letting me know about the 5 dollar credit card surcharge, as well as the 69 dollar consultation fee (cheaper than what I was quoted by others). I also inquired about their Covid-19 protocol and was happy to find out they are screening employees and also requiring masks. They were able to immediately send Vince over, who was very friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. I appreciated that he was honest about the issues, gave us some recommendations on how to prevent overflow again and also for long term fix, but did not try to sell us more services. I will definitely use Wave for future plumbing needs and I highly recommend.

Vincent and norris were great! Vincent responded quickly to our request and was super helpful and flexible while we scheduled our service. I explained another quote/info I had gotten from another plumber and he gave his opinion and some other options for us and ultimately he saved us big money! The toilet install was quick and norris was super friendly! The toilet looks great and we saved a bunch. Will definitely use again!

Great guys. They knew what was needed to be done and did it perfectly well. We were looking for a professional with less than 24 hour notice and wave came to our rescue. They were extremely well spoken and did a great job in removing our water softener and RO system within an hour. Definitely recommend them and will come back to them for any future projects.
