- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical work is expensive. As a business I’m giving the best price with the information provided. The more information given the more accurate the estimate will be. Also a quick Google Search will let you know a rough estimate, based on the current market it’s a bit higher as everything got more expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a on site estimate (150$) we can talk about the possible options. Find issues could happen in the near future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with great people understanding that electrical work takes time and understand that it’s not cheap. To customer that think a ceiling must be done for 100$ and it being a 1hr drive to get there.
