I will not work for a General Contractor or a house flipper because they don't care about quality. Seeing the job from the customer's eyes is what enables me to go that extra step in providing radical customer service. Being able to competently manage the project from Design and Approval at the beginning with Architects and Engineers to the Punch List at the end gives me an overall understanding of the bigger picture of budgets, planning, timelines, and execution. I enjoy bring people's property back to life the most. It is a wonderful feeling to stand back and look at a renewed structure whether the work was interior, exterior, structural or cosmetic and see the appreciation in the customer's eyes that their property has a new life.

Matthew did a great job on my project. He listened to my ideas and concerns and executed them at a professional level. He made sure to speak with me each day regarding the progress, and immediately informed me of any issues with the build and offered suggestions. He quoted the job to take four days, but he was able to complete it in three. He followed up to ensure I was satisfied and happy with his work, and was willing to correct any mistakes. There were none to be corrected. I would definitely hire again and would encourage anyone to use him. He has also served our country in 3 tours and continues to serve today, which makes me proud of his service and thankful.

I received my degree in Management in College with a.course discipline in Project Management. During.my military career I was afforded the opportunity to attend formal carpentry training as well as a leadership level course in the field of construction.

Again, does the contractor carry coverage for the work they will do?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Is the contractor providing the service carrying insurance? 2. Does he or she indicate a heart for service? 3. Do I feel a rapport with the contractor? 4. Is there a professional level of presentation of quotes, invoicing, and appearance?
