Cynthia's coordination of the wedding was nothing short of exceptional. She expertly oversaw multiple venues and vendors, all while remaining calm, poised, and professional. Her proactive approach ensured every detail was handled seamlessly. My daughter said her wedding day was exactly what she envisioned-and that's entirely thanks to Cynthia. Cynthia is the calm within the storm. After quite a few bumps in our wedding road my husband and I decided to hire her less than three weeks before our wedding as our day-of-coordinator. She swooped in and assured us that our day would be beautiful and that any negative experiences prior to using her would be a part of the past. There were a couple small issues that came up on our wedding day that she helped us overcome through her resourcefulness. I really can’t say how much of an asset her and her team are. If you want to feel relaxed, comfortable and happy on your wedding day you need CRD Events on your side.

Cynthia was our wedding day guardian angel! Roughly, 2-3 months before our July 2021 wedding, we hired CRD Events (Cynthia) as our day of coordinator. I had met up with Cynthia, and from the start, I felt at ease. Cynthia’s calming spirit was incredible, and not only with my now husband, but with our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and family. Everyone absolutely loved her! Cynthia was very open, and knew everything that needed to be done in such little time. Although, we did not have enough done, Cynthia would continuously reassure us that everything would be okay. We went over details, vision, timeline, venue, decor, etc. in advance. Her advice was definitely something that I am grateful my husband and I took, when it came to it. She would check on us almost every day to make sure we were doing okay, and that is one thing I loved. Communication is key! The day of the wedding, Cynthia took over entirely. She reached out to our vendors and made sure everyone was timely. We had a church ceremony, and although she did not have to be there, she still showed up and helped wherever she was needed, and I appreciated that very much. I was surprisingly so calm all day because I knew everything was being taken care of. On the few occasions where I checked on the status of something, Cynthia was already two steps ahead of me and had it all taken care of! Another thing I really loved that she did was, she made sure myself, my husband, and our families were well taken care of. If we were missing any type of alcoholic drink in our hand, soda or water , she would go and ask if we needed a refill, and go to the bar and grab it for us. INCREDIBLE HOSPITALITY! I know some of our vendors were a little difficult to get in touch with, but Cynthia was amazing when we could finally get in touch with them. We are very grateful to her for being so attentive, helpful, kind, and fun. We definitely recommend her!

Cynthia has been fantastic. She even provided a Google Doc workbook to put all of the details in which was immensely helpful for me to see everything in one spot! Any time I have a question she has responded promptly. We’re on a tight budget due to a very difficult financial year and couldn’t afford a florist or professional cake. Cynthia offered to pick up our pre-made flowers and cake from Central Market so that my fiancés mom wouldn’t have to rush around the day of. I’m so at ease knowing Cynthia will be with me on my wedding day and couldn’t be more thankful!
