I recently hired #1 Ibarra Hardwood Floors to refinish the oak floors throughout my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I reached out for a quote, Juan responded within an hour and scheduled an on-site estimate the very next day—far faster than the other companies I contacted. The crew arrived on time and completed the 380 sq ft job in just three days, including removal, leveling, grinding (tile was there) and installation. The attention to detail was outstanding: perfectly level surfaces, crisp edges along the baseboards, and not a single speck of dust left behind. They even moved and reset appliances with care. Communication was excellent throughout; Juan sent progress photos each evening and promptly answered every question. The final price matched the original quote with no surprises, and the quality far exceeded what I paid a “big name” company years ago. I contacted Juan to install some wood flooring. He was very responsive and professional. I provided the wood flooring and Juan gave me a fair price to remove existing flooring install the wood flooring. The job was done in a timely manner and he does very nice work. Juan also cleaned up very well. Good experience and I will use him in the future for flooring.
