1. On time 2. Attentive to everyone attending 3. Removed all trash 4. No leaks from their unit 5. Food delivered back to customers on a timely schedule 6. No complains on the food 7. Great menu 8. Food was good tasting 9. Had their own power (electricity) The only drawback was that they didn't provide any tables however the food was portable and easy to eat while standing. We will be using them again!
