What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Notary appointments can be booked online via this app or our website. Insurance reviews, personal financial planning, estate planning, and other services can also be booked online via this app or our website. We then create a customer profile and will meet remotely on a mutually convenient time/date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed online and traditional notary agents, as well as licensed (all lines) insurance agents in the State of Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.
