- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the client’s needs, wants and their budget. I am always willing to work within a client’s budget and enjoy the challenge of repurposing already existing storage in the client’s space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will begin by setting up an initial consultation and assessing the client’s space, this way we will be aware of the size of the space, the existing storage in the space and what kind of services are needed. We will then encourage our client to let us know detail that may be helpful, including their vision for their space, their budget and if they would like to buy new storage materials or stick to the existing storage in the space. After this, we will create a goal and a plan, we will set up a date and begin the process of transforming the space!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I like to advice my clients to communicate with me, express their concerns, their visions and ask questions throughout the process. My mission is to help my clients have peace of mind in their own home by creating beautiful and functional spaces for them and when I step into a clients home I make sure they don’t feel judged or intimidated by the process.
