I hired The Twisted Spout for a engagement party. I had about 70 guest. I didn't know what or how much beverages to get forthat many people. I contacted Gillian and told her about the party and I was worried I would run out of something. Gillian met with me and she calculated what I would need and what to get. At the party she was very professional as was her staff. They were appropriately dressed and their setup was fantastic. I had a wonderful engagement and my guest were well taken care of. After the party she cleaned up her serving area and even offered to help me with anything I needed. I will most certainly hire The Twisted Spout again. In fact, I have hired her for my wedding reception.
