FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm reasonable. I'm certainly not the cheapest person in town, but I'm also not the one that will make a huge profit on your job. I believe it's important to be fair , especially in times where it's so difficult now just to make ends meet. I feel blessed to be in this business and to have the opportunity to touch so many lives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I am so blessed to be chosen to do your work, I want my customer to know that they can tell me anything. If you're not happy or something is bothering you, I want you to be direct with me. A customer that's holding in disappointment, is a customer that's never going to be happy. I want every customer to be happy when the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have absolutely no formal education in construction, my background was actually in electronics, everything I know I learned from actual experience.
