Jason handles all of my personal pest control issues. I am an Area Manager for Whataburger of East Texas and he does all 10 of our locations as well. He's a very honest, dependable and hard working guy who always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues we may have.

We couldn't be happier with the service we receive from Jason and Bug Police. They are our contract exterminators at two local apt complexes. Jason and Megan are prompt, dependable and so knowledgeable! They also have a "lets catch it before it becomes a problem" attitude which is so helpful in this business!

Jason is easy to work with and gives quality service at a reasonable price. I've recommended him to other people and never had a complaint. :)

Q&A

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required by the Texas Department of Agriculture to attend Continuing Education Classes every year to maintain our licenses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We initially only sold and installed mosquito misting systems. Then we slowly progressed into a residential and commercial pest control company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We will get calls for German roach infestations, bed bugs, and flea infestations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. Ask for what the company will use, regarding to a product, and how long will it take to see the pest problem eliminated. Be sure to ask what's the typical procedure for treatment as well. There are laws and regulations on the product labels that will instruct how often the product is allowed to be applied. Do some research. If something doesn't sound right, ask around. You can find the product labels on the internet.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our company really does take pride in our customer service. We want to see their pest problem taken care of and that the customer is satisfied. Pricing for a professional pest control service can be very competitive. Purchasing products from a local hardware store is heavily diluted and often times, it doesn't eliminate the problem.
