Ruben is very friendly and has done a couple repairs for us so far and it was quick and easy. If we need a plumber again, we will call them.

I am a board member for a local charity. At one of our charity houses, we have had water pressure and water heater problems for a long time. We had multiple large plumbing companies check out the issue and they all mentioned it was the water heater that was causing the pressure issues. Quotes were between $2k to $3k to replace the water heater and relocate it. Cotton City Plumbing was called out for one last chance at a better solution. After a service fee of only $160 for 1 hour of work, the problem was solved. It had nothing to do with the water heater, but they took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of quoting a large fee for a bigger solution. We are thankful for their service since the other quotes would have still left us with the same problem after spending a ton more.

Technician was on time and was able to trouble shoot water heater issue. Cleaned up worksite afterwords. Overall I was very pleasedPlus NO SURPRISE from original quote.
