- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home and homeowner is different so it's hard to have standard pricing. Everyone has different needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well over the phone we take the appointment then we show up at the property in nice uniforms all the guys are clean cut. We introduce ourself to the homeowner and they show us around the house letting us know what rooms need to be cleaned and also any concerns they have and need us to pay close attention too. We take mental notes and get to work after that. Pretty simple and easy all the guys are easy to get along with and really down to earth country boys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17yrs training on the job you learn a lot from that. Been to IICRC classes. I have my carpet cleaning, water restoration and fire certification from IICRC. I also have marble and stone certification from MB stone.
