- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a walk through with the customer to know exactly what the customers needs and expectations are. Schedule days and times for the service along with any security information such as alarm codes to enter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Steve's Janitorial has been trained in the proper use of all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety. Continued training for employees for safety, equipment, and chemicals. General liability insurance.
