FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the events I am hired for I charge an hourly rate. I prefer the hourly to the standard "one size fits all" method because things tend to happen, meaning we go over the time allotted or the event gets cut short. I feel that it is fair to myself and the customer to maintain that level of understanding with an hourly quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I am contacted by a new customer or vice versa we converse by phone. I usually request a face to face meeting so my customers can understand where I'm coming from and who I am, my job is to cater to them and make their day special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from West Texas A&M with a degree in Music Business. DJing is right up that road and it makes sense to me to pursue this passion the way I have because of my educational background.
