- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is different depending on how far the gig will be from home office. Also depending on what the client wants, for example, slideshow, size of venue, how much of a light show, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them fact finding questions like what's the location?, is it indoors/outdoor?, any music preferences?, any special dances? Etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors of Science in communications and it helps me project how I should setup and I also have a natural instinct on what I need to do to get the party jumping!
