We hired Demare for a photo shoot of a real state property, we paid him half to do the job and he vanished not ever responding to our calls or text messages.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that the payment terms we agreed upon require a 50% deposit to schedule and conduct the shoot, which has been fulfilled. The remaining 50% balance is required before I can provide you with the final photos.
To address any concerns you may have, I am able to provide the following proof of my commitment and work:
Payment receipt for the car rental.
Tracking information for the car rental.
Photos from the shoot at the location.
Completed photos of the job.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in settling the remaining balance so I can deliver the final images to you. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
