FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs will include an initial estimate, which will not change, regardless of the amount of time it takes to complete. Unforeseen, hidden, or surprise issues that arise after beginning a job will be discussed as soon as they are revealed. Longer jobs, and depending on the difficulty or requirements, can be discounted as much as 15% for repeat customers. There may also be some jobs that will require an increase in the hourly rate. Those will be discussed in detail prior to accepting or beginning any job. The quality of work will be worth every penny, no matter how big or small the job is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thorough communication to verify complete understanding of customers needs and expectations as well as providing the customer the same understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years experience in construction, appliance, electrical, and air conditioning service and repair. Almost a decade of supervising, training, and quality control. Along the way, I attended multiple manufacturer training classes and eventually trained and tested co-workers and technicians from various businesses in the NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certifications.
