Introduction: I am an experienced fitness professional who specializes in creating fun workout plans for all ages. I am especially interested in assisting fellow seniors to get fit and stay healthy. Based on personal experience and because I am in their age group, I understand some of their limitations but I can also encourage and inspire them to realize their fitness potential.
I have had experience working with clients who are partially disabled or recovering from surgery and with clients who require non-traditional workout programs. I have worked with younger clients on sport specific programs. I think that my strengths as a trainer lie in understanding my client’s specific requirements and designing programs to meet their goals.
