FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I visit with them, ask a lot of questions, and take notes as they explain precisely what they want. I want to put my clients at ease with me, and with my being on their property when they may not be at home. After I service their lawn, i usually give them a call or text to inquire as to whether everything was to their satisfaction. Then, for the first season I inquire frequently whether everything is still up to their satisfaction or might they like something done differently. I don't just assume that I am making my clients happy - i want to be sure before I "go on autopilot"
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like working outside. And I love taking something disheveled and making it clean and prstne. Also, I am a highly functional autistic and I love clean lines and symmetry. If there is something out of proportion on your lawn it makes me insane; so, for me, it isn't a matter of needing to move to the next job; rather, it's a matter of being happy with the current job before I leave.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mow and bag all grass; as well as trim & edge. If there are limbs blown down we pick them up and dispose of them. We have even been known to whip out a chainsaw and cut up a limb at no extra charge. We always leave the sidewalks & gutters clean as well. We have several elderly clients as well as a couple of commercial accounts. We have worked with new homeowners to level lawns, lay sod & install french drains; and we have been known to trim trees and repair fences. Most of our clients are fairly particular, which suits me fine, as I also am particular
