- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients first. We will meet at a coffee shop and just have a conversation about their event and how we can make it extraordinary. I will create a proposal and contract. Our clients have an opportunity to make scheduled payments. We work closely together until the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Caterer and personal Chef. Our staff includes 30 years of experience in the as an Executive and Sous Chef.
