I've been in the property development business for over 20 years. I take pride in the work I do and more so in my customers' appreciation in coming home proud to see the quality of work done to their property. Here at Sanders and Son property development llc, we do it your way, the most cost-effective way, but not at reducing the quality of the work or look. We let you know when we're coming, how long it's going to take, respecting our customers' time. We also service lawn care and landscaping for commercial and residential up to 5 acres. We take emergency home repair calls( such as leaks) and also scheduled home repair( plumbing, handyman, electrical, hvac, general capentry, bathrooms, kitchens, exterior power washing, and gutter cleaning). We always beat out the prices of the major companies with better quality work and a live person to talk to about getting what you want done right the first time.

My kitchen faucet had leaked before and my husband would fix it but this time we wanted to have a professional handyman to come check if nothing major was broken. When I googled the internet gave me multiple options but I chose Sanders and Son and I’m glad I did. The handyman immediately checked my leaky faucet In the kitchen, and he confirmed that it was just needed to be tightened and nothing broken. It was just loose so no repairs or replacements needed. He came in and checked in about 5-7 he was out my house. Very professional. I liked the time management because I was afraid if he took too long I wouldn’t make it to school on time but it didn’t happen. Therefore, I am so grateful for him to show up on extremely cold weather. That’s showed that they very serious and care about their job. I really recommend Sanders and Son because they do a great job.

Desmond and his TEAM did an excellent job on our fascia and soffit replacement. Driving up our street after grocery shopping, seeing the house, I wanted to cry, our home looked so good! It is always hard to estimate a project right. And when you got a surprise, schedule is at risk. I requested a home improvement that required heavy electrical wiring in attik. When it come out as much more complicated job that it was expected to be, Desmond quickly come for rescue with his team, and the work was completed on time. Thank you to Paul, Desmond and sorry for missing name of the 3rd guy! I would consider hiring this team again

Highly recommend! I hired Sanders for a variety of projects including deck repairs, roof work, and some interior updates — all while I was managing things remotely from out of state. He was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, kept me updated with photos and progress reports, and handled every detail professionally. The work was completed exactly as agreed upon, and the property was move-in ready by the end. Truly appreciated the peace of mind knowing things were in good hands. Would absolutely work with him again!
