They fixed the shower handle and replaced the shower arm and shower head. We agreed replacing the shower drain was included in the price but they said it would be extra when they got here, a lot extra.

We believe in straightforward, upfront pricing. After evaluating the plumbing issue, we'll explain what we found and provide repair options before moving forward. We also offer an AMP Plumbing Membership that includes preferred benefits and savings on plumbing services. Our goal is to give you the information you need to make the best decision for your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to what's going on and gathering information about the plumbing problem. Once on site, we inspect and diagnose the issue, explain what we find, and show you the problem whenever possible. We'll then discuss your repair options and pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the repair, test our work, and clean up the work area before we're finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is backed by more than 28 years of hands-on plumbing experience. That experience includes residential and commercial service plumbing, diagnostics, drain and sewer systems, water heaters and tankless systems, leak detection, slab leaks, water and sewer line repairs, gas systems, and plumbing operations. We believe experience matters, especially when diagnosing difficult plumbing problems and finding the right repair instead of simply replacing parts.
