Cannot day enough nice things about working with Dave. He did a remarkable job painting our play house - he paid such attention to detail and did a phenomenal job. He took the time to do the job right and did not cut any corners, even though this was just a child’s toy. Pictures show before and after.

Great handyman service! My first time to use THUMBTACK, and I could not be happier with Perez Paint & Flooring. I am very pleased with theirwork. We had two door locks that were completely inoperable, they were repaired in one hour. Dave, the owner, even ran to Home Depot to get door stripping in that time and made sure to give me the receipt. While Dave was gone, Jose diligently worked on the door.Also, Dave communicated about their arrival for the job via text, which was so helpful. I highly recommend based on my exceptional experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Perez Paint and Floors has a two hour minimum. My current rate is $75per hour.
A job bid can be provided on larger projects
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Project scope and pricing are discussed up front to ensure both parties are in agreement.
*Appointment time is set.
Handyman contacts customer prior to arriving at the job site.
*Handyman arrives at the scheduled appointment time and completes the job to the customers satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended college and have a business background. I got into the construction line of work in 2008 flipping residential homes. I have worked side by side and trained with highly experienced individuals in all aspects of the trade.
