- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Perez Paint and Floors has a two hour minimum. My current rate is $65 per hour. A job bid can be provided on larger projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Project scope and pricing are discussed up front to ensure both parties are in agreement. *Appointment time is set. Handyman contacts customer prior to arriving at the job site. *Handyman arrives at the scheduled appointment time and completes the job to the customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended college and have a business background. I got into the construction line of work in 2008 flipping residential homes. I have worked side by side and trained with highly experienced individuals in all aspects of the trade.
