I hired Andy to install a Sonos sound bar for my elderly parents. I live out of state so I interacted briefly with him on the app. He’s very responsive and timely. My parents said he was punctual, very nice, and set everything up well. Also helped them with the Sonos app and made sure everything was working before he left. They said they would hire him again.
