They were very knowledgeable and educated with any questions I had and always guided me in the best direction when I asked for recommendations regarding the setup. I hired Andy to install a Sonos sound bar for my elderly parents. I live out of state so I interacted briefly with him on the app. He’s very responsive and timely.
