- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based upon the specific needs of the customer. Setting flat pricing isn’t in the client’s best interest. Since we offer multiple services, we offer discounts to customers who bundle services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we like to meet for a consultation or get in a video chat to get a better feel for your vision and what you’d like for the event/project. After that we will get some information put together and run it by you again. This is YOUR project so we want it to be perfect for YOU!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive customer service and project management , planning corporate events, seminars and multi-week projects, crisis management.
