I'd like to have a juicy drama story here, but I don't. Kay was super-responsive and hyper-available on short notice. The granite counters and applicances look great and "finish' our kitchen. The window treatments were superbly color-matched and fitted. Kay's recommendation for powered blinds were my favorite item-- I didn't realize how much we needed them in the living room.
