They were very responsive & professional & did not try to talk us into something that we didn’t need. We had an outdoor faucet that was leaking & just needed the backflow preventer replaced. Another company tried to tell us we had to replace the entire faucet. Great work at a great price. We will definitely be calling them soon to replace some indoor plumbing. Awesome experience with Blue Otter Plumbing. Dakotah was the plumber that serviced our home. He installed a new kitchen faucet, changed the water filters in our water filtration system, and rebuilt two toilets that were leaking. He did an amazing job and was very professional and timely. Dakotah answered all my questions and provided details so I could understand the repairs needed. He also purchased the kitchen faucet he installed so it will come with a company warranty.
