When my fridge freezer went down, I was fully bracing myself to get taken for a ride. The initial quotes I received ranged from $400 to $800, which felt like the standard industry shakedown.
Then this guy showed up.
There was no song and dance, and no mysterious "extra parts" suddenly required. He opened it up, diagnosed the actual problem, fixed it right then and there, and handed me a bill for exactly $200 with parts and labor included.
That kind of bare-knuckle honesty and sheer competence is practically extinct these days. He saved me minimum two hundred bucks and a massive headache. If your appliances are acting up, don't even bother calling anyone else. He’s fast, he knows exactly what he’s doing, and most importantly, he won’t rip you off. Absolute professional.
